The Need-to-Know Before You Go

GATE TIMES
You can usually roll up 60-90 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings.

PARKING LOTS
Parking lots open 3 hours before the scheduled door time. General admission parking comes with your ticket. If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier Parking or VIP Parking.

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS
Drop off areas are located inside the parking entrance area of the Darien Lake Theme Park. Please enter the parking tolls via the far right lane and notify the parking staff that you are dropping off and they will direct you. Pick up areas will be located at the same place just inside the entrance to the Darien Lake Theme Park parking lots.

WHEN YOU GET HERE

MOBILE ENTRY ONLY
Your phone is your ticket. Before you set off, download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation app. More info on mobile tickets here.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, we have 1 reverse cash to card ATM and can also provide cash to card services at our guest service booths (for free)

BOX OFFICE

Our box office is only open on show days, it opens when parking lots open which is approx. 3 hours before doors.

Yes, you can hang out with your friends before the show. Once the gates open, you’ll be asked to head inside the venue. .
